ORBNEX Source collects information needed to create buyer sourcing access, review vendor listings, route requests, and operate the platform.

Information we collect

Account and contact details, such as name, company, work email, and phone number.
Buyer request details, such as market, scope, timing, vendor needs, and integration notes.
Vendor listing details, such as company profile, service territory, website, capabilities, and readiness information.
Payment and subscription events processed through Stripe. ORBNEX Source does not store full card numbers.

To review vendor fit, COI readiness, service area, and contact paths.
To route buyer and vendor introductions when there is a relevant fit.
